Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license or multistate license that is valid to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Candidates must have experience treating post-acute and long-term care populations.
- Demonstrated ability to document in electronic medical records and complete therapy plans of care.
- Client requires availability Monday through Friday per facility schedule and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
- Preferred: previous travel PT experience and familiarity with restorative nursing programs.
