Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in Home Health settings preferred.
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.
- Productivity expectation: minimum 30 points per week with documentation completed by 10:00 AM the following day.
- Schedule flexibility to support a 40-hour work week with rotating weekends.
