Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in Saint Johnsbury, VT.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Vermont Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for in-home visits.
- Experience in home health or hospice settings preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital (home health services affiliated with hospital network).
- Shift days: Monday - Friday.
- Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week; 5x8 shift pattern indicated by client.
- Must provide in-home therapy services and travel to patient residences within the service area.
- VT licensure, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle required.
