Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Massachusetts SLP license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and management, including modified barium swallow study protocols, preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation in a SNF setting preferred.
