Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy, with a bachelor's or associate degree
- Active state license required to start
- For schools, valid state special education certificate may be required
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing therapy staff.
- Experience developing and implementing therapy programs and quality assurance processes.
- Experience coordinating services across interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
