Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy or comparable outpatient/acute care experience preferred.
- Ability to complete travel between patient homes. Mileage will be reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient.
- Must be comfortable with a dress code of scrubs or business casual.
- Weekly hour guarantee of 32 hours as stated by the client.
- Degree in Physical Therapy required as specified by client.
