Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Connecticut physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability to work a 5x8 schedule; experience providing skilled therapy in residential or long-term care settings preferred.
- Candidate must complete Connecticut fingerprinting and background screening as required by state regulations.
- Client prefers clinicians with experience documenting in electronic medical records and managing caseloads typical of SNF environments.

- Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:30–16:30.
