Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Home Health experience required. Must be able to manage caseload in patient homes and document according to home health standards.
- Ability to meet productivity expectation of 35 points per week.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical PT experience preferred.

- Shift Details: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Territory: Assigned travel within a defined territory; candidate must be able to travel between patient homes.
