Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active WV PT license required to start the assignment. Compact licenses accepted per client requirement.
- Experience in Home Health required. Client prefers clinicians with Home Health experience.
- Experience with HCHB electronic documentation preferred.
- Ability to meet client benchmark of approximately 28 units/patients per week.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Home Health.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 0800-1700, Monday through Friday (no weekends, no on-call).
- Assignment type: Travel contract.
- Counties covered: Raleigh, Logan, Wyoming (clinician will travel within these counties).
