Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. If not yet licensed in VA, provide current license status and plan for obtaining VA licensure.
- BLS certification required from American Heart Association (AHA) only.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred. Neuro and vestibular experience preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC and Cedaron electronic medical records preferred.

- Facility Type: Hospital outpatient physical therapy clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday–Thursday, 08:00–17:30 (scheduled daily hours reflect site schedule).
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.
- Weekend Requirements: None.
- On-Call Requirements: None.
- Float Requirements: None.
- Required EMR: EPIC and Cedaron.
