Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatrics, post-operative patients, and medically complex diagnoses preferred.
