Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience with treatment planning, restorative nursing programs, and documentation for Medicare/long-term care preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload in an outpatient or SNF environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
