Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by relevant professional bodies.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start of assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. This includes experience with evaluations, plan of care development, goal writing, and discharge planning.
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical records, including functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students preferred.
- Must adhere to state Practice Act, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and complete required continuing education.

- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.

- May be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
