Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience working in an acute care hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in patient assessment, development of individualized treatment plans, and documentation according to facility policy.
- Experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students preferred.
- Ability to participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, discharge planning, and family/caregiver training.
