Associate Dentist – Oroville, CA
Our well-established, technology-driven dental practice in Oroville, CA is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our collaborative and supportive team. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry care with a focus on quality and patient experience
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans with a patient-first approach
- Collaborate with a highly trained clinical team to ensure efficient workflow
- Focus on diagnosis and preparation while expanded functions are supported by RDAEFs
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Build long-term relationships with patients and contribute to a positive office culture
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
- Active California dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Honest, ethical, and patient-focused approach
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Interest in integrative or whole-patient care is a plus
- Dependable and motivated to grow within a practice long-term
Pay & Compensation:
- Daily guarantee of $850–$1,100 per day (based on experience) or percentage of production, whichever is greater
