Jefferson House was the first nursing home opened in the state of Connecticut. We are very proud of our long history as a non-profit organization and member of the Hartford Healthcare community. We provide excellent long-term care and short-term rehabilitation to seniors in the greater Hartford area.

Qualifications

·Connecticut RN License

·Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

·Strong Team Player

·Compassionate approach to older adults

·New graduates will require one year of experience to become competent, with an evaluation at 6 months to assess progress
