You’ll work alongside an owner dentist who is an Associate Fellow Implantologist (AAID), offering hands-on mentorship in both surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry.
Schedule
- Flexible 3–4 days per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive daily guarantee or 35% of collections (whichever is higher)
- Earning potential: $120,000 – $300,000+ annually based on production
- Full schedule and steady patient flow from day one
- $5,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality restorative care (fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Perform extractions and select endodontic procedures
- Provide removable prosthetics, including partials and dentures
- Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active New York dental license (required)
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-focused
- Comfortable with general dentistry procedures
- New grads and experienced dentists encouraged to apply
