Associate Dentist – Cynthiana, KY

Our private dental practice located just 45 minutes from Lexington, KY in Cynthiana is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, modern office with updated technology and a strong team, with potential for future partnership.

Schedule

Tuesday – Friday

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide general dentistry procedures including bread and butter dentistry
Perform simple endodontic procedures and extractions as needed
Deliver high-quality patient care in a comfortable and efficient manner
Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Open to new grads, 1–2 years of experience preferred
Comfortable working independently (no other dentist on site)
Strong clinical and communication skills

Pay & Compensation

Percentage of collections
Daily minimum guarantee for the first 6 months
CE allowance
Partnership opportunity available

Private practice setting
Team includes 1 Front Office, 1.5 Hygienists, and 1 Dental Assistant
Fully digital office with digital X-rays and scanner
Uses Dentrix software
