General Dentist (Part-Time to Full-Time) – Nephi, UT

Schedule

Part-time to start with future goal of full-time
Monday through Thursday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
Provide comprehensive general dentistry procedures
Endodontic experience is a major plus
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
Uphold clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active Utah dental license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply

Pay & Compensation

Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater, for the first 6 months
After 6 months: 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month/35% of collections above $50,000 per month
