ABOUT US
We are a boutique, growth-oriented dental practice focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience and high-quality clinical outcomes. We invest heavily in training, technology, and team development. We are not a "clock in, clean teeth, clock out" practice. We are building a team of professionals who take ownership, communicate confidently, and want to grow.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a competitive daily rate or percentage of collections, whichever is higher. Your earning potential grows with your performance.
But compensation is only part of the picture. We also believe that great clinicians deserve a great quality of life.
We not only walk the talk about health and quality of life for our patients, we live it. Our schedule is thoughtfully and intentionally built around seeing patients Tuesday through Thursday, giving you the time to take care of your own health, your hobbies, and the life you are building outside of work.
We invest in our people through continuing education, technology, and genuine support. If you bring your best, we take care of the rest.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
• Take pride in identifying and educating patients on needed treatment
• Are confident discussing periodontal disease, restorative needs, and long-term consequences of avoiding treatment
• Want to be part of a team that drives results, not just activity
• Are proactive, engaged, and take ownership of your schedule and patients
• Value growth, feedback, and continuous improvement
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Performing thorough hygiene visits with a strong diagnostic mindset
• Identifying and clearly communicating periodontal disease and other treatment needs
• Applying adjunctive therapies to contribute to excellent patient outcomes
• Ensuring patients understand the why behind treatment recommendations
• Maintaining accurate, same-day clinical notes
• Keeping your schedule productive and patients reappointed
TO APPLY
Please email us directly at hello@yourdentalstudio.com with the subject line: “I Read Every Word”
In the body of your email, please introduce yourself in one to three sentences and answer the following question:
When did you identify a patient need that wasn’t on the original treatment plan and how did you handle that conversation?
We are building something special. This role is for someone who wants to be part of a
high-performing team and is excited to contribute at a high level. If you are looking for a comfortable, low-accountability environment, this is not the right fit. If you are looking to grow, be challenged, and make an impact, we would love to meet you.
