The Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Onsite Support Lead will provide functional and operational leadership for the day‑to‑day support of Epicor P21 within a distribution center environment. This role serves as the primary onsite point of contact, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and seamless warehouse operations.
Support core distribution center processes, including receiving, put‑away, picking, shipping, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory control.
Lead incident, problem, and service request management, including initial triage, functional analysis, and business impact assessment.
Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and daily warehouse transactions to proactively identify and address issues.
