TransForce is seeking CDL-A Drivers to support Local operations based in Cincinnati, OH..
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL-A Driver Details:
- Schedule: Company operates M-F / 1st Shift / local routes
- Pay: $28 per hour, $1,200 - $1,400 Estimated weekly pay
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Hauling Machinery and steel.
- Equipment: CDL-A flatbed, dry van, step-deck, and open top trailers

CDL-A Direct Hire Driver Minimum Requirements:
- License: CDL-A
- Experience: at least 18 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience. prefers candidates with Flatbed experience if possible
- Endorsements: None
- Equipment Experience: CDL-A Flatbed experience, Forklift exp. (will train if needed)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL-A Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate equipment on local routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Securing loads/Strapping
