About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Icertis Manager with deep expertise in technology architecture and proven success designing advanced solutions using the Icertis platform. This role requires strong knowledge of claims and provider domains, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of systems. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design, mentor teams, and drive innovation across enterprise solutions.
In this role, you will:
· Design and implement scalable, efficient solutions using Icertis technology to meet complex business requirements. · Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with organizational goals. · Develop and maintain architecture frameworks that adhere to industry standards. · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables. · Conduct system performance assessments and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. · Ensure seamless integration of Icertis solutions with existing systems and workflows.
· Oversee documentation of technical specifications for clarity and future reference.
· Monitor and resolve technical challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.

What you need to have to be considered
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology architecture roles · Demonstrated expertise in Icertis technology with a track record of successful implementations. · Strong knowledge of claims and provider domain processes. · Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. · Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
