Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active South Dakota state license or ability to obtain state license prior to assignment start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC, if required by facility.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia assessment and management and modified barium swallow (MBS) familiarity preferred.
- Ability to manage caseload documentation using electronic medical records preferred.
