Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills after injury, illness, or disability. This role offers exposure to a range of geriatric diagnoses and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Indiana OT license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with ADL/IADL training, durable medical equipment assessment, and therapeutic activity planning preferred.
- Strong documentation skills with experience using electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and to provide patient- and family-centered care.
