Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Alabama state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred.
- Ability to perform dysphagia evaluations and treatment, including instrumental assessment familiarity preferred.
- Willingness to float to nearby facilities as needed.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Days: Monday–Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
- Shift Name: Other.
- Assignment Duration: 13-week assignment.
- Floating: Candidate will be required to float to nearby facilities as needed.
