The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Treasury Associate, you’ll support the cash, liquidity, and treasury operations that safeguard customer funds and power regulated financial activities. You’ll execute and scale core treasury processes in a highly regulated environment, partnering across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations. From managing daily cash activity to enhancing reporting and controls, your work will drive accuracy, efficiency, and operational resilience as the business grows.
What you’ll do as a Senior Treasury Associate
Execute daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, payments, and margin or collateral management.
Prepare and review cash, liquidity, and customer funds reporting, including segregation calculations and regulatory deliverables.
Perform reconciliations across bank, clearing, custodial, and internal accounts, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
Manage payment execution across wires, ACH, foreign exchange, and other payment methods.
Build and maintain cash reporting, forecasting models, and key performance indicators to support liquidity planning.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and aligned processes.
Maintain and enhance treasury controls, documentation, and audit readiness, supporting audits and regulatory reviews.
Contribute to automation and process improvements that scale operations and strengthen controls.
What you’ll bring
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial operations in a regulated environment.
Experience with cash positioning, reconciliations, and payment processing in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and audit requirements; exposure to Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations is a plus.
Experience with customer funds reporting, segregation calculations, or similar regulatory reporting is a plus.
Experience building or maintaining cash forecasting models, reporting tools, or financial analyses.
Understanding of banking systems, payment types, and treasury or enterprise resource planning platforms.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 73,600.00 USD - 92,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
