Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of home health or home care physical therapy experience required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned within the region, including Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, and Swampscott.
- Experience with electronic clinical documentation systems preferred.
- Weekend rotation approximately once every 6 weeks (preferred requirement as described by client).
