Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support Department, contributing to the seamless operation of multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.
- Travel between different facilities to ensure optimal functioning of all systems.
- Maintain accurate records of readings, adjustments, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, hazardous material handling, and workplace safety standards.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
