Our client, a leading provider of facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location:Jackson, MS
Pay Rate: $31-34/hr
What's the Job?
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems across multiple locations.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and monitor repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and timely maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of readings, adjustments, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and proper handling of hazardous materials.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
