Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active MA Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home Health experience preferred. Candidates with Hospital or SNF experience will be considered.
- Experience using electronic medical records. Familiarity with Homecare Homebase preferred.
- Ability to meet productivity target of 6 points/day (30 points/week).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits within a manageable territory.
- May consider a PT/COTA pair; COTA applicants may be considered when submitted with a PT.
