Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- No new graduates. Minimum clinical experience required in outpatient physical therapy.
- Experience with outpatient evaluation, development of functional treatment plans, goal writing, and documentation compliant with payer and clinic policies.
- Experience completing letters of medical necessity and charge entry preferred.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student supervision as needed preferred.
- Demonstrated adherence to state practice act, professional codes of conduct, and competency-based performance standards.

- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
