Salary Range:
Master's Level:$58,011 - $69,618 annually based on relevant years of experience
Master's Licensed: $66,040 - $79,217 annually based on relevant years of experience
Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
Status: Full Time, Salaried, 40 hours per week
Hours: On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00

Role Overview:
The DUI Clinician plays a vital role in supporting clients through the DUI education and treatment process while ensuring compliance with state regulations and referral source requirements. This position involves facilitating structured group sessions focused on substance use education, decision-making skills, and personal growth. The clinician is responsible for accurately tracking clients earned DUI hours and regularly reporting progress to appropriate referral sources such as probation officers, courts, and other agencies. Other duties include coordinating with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver needed services to our clients and collaborating with peers and psychiatrists regarding treatment.
In addition to group facilitation, the DUI Clinician provides individualized support through one-on-one meetings as needed to address personal challenges, develop treatment goals, and ensure clients remain engaged and on track with program requirements. The clinician collaborates with internal team members and external partners to promote client accountability and success, while maintaining detailed and confidential documentation in alignment with organizational and legal standards.
This position will also do some general outpatient therapist services (individual therapy, group facilitation) that may not be DUI-focused.
Essential Duties:
- Direct client care includes care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case management, and related clinical services.
- Responsible for facilitating Level II education & Therapy DUI groups.
- Collaborate with referral sources and other legal entities, such as probation officers and courts.
- Serves as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers and collaterals.
- Knowledge of professional policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with other staff in providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors.
- Performs behavioral health screenings and assessments within the medical clinic setting, to include review of treatment options and referral information.
- Provides on going care coordination within SummitStone, community agencies and resources.
- Provides crisis intervention to include crisis assessment and de-escalation.
- Provides on-site collaboration with medical providers to provide behavioral health assessments for those clients identified with behavioral health needs.
- Clinical documentation.
- Supports and fosters team values with peers and clinic staff, to provide support and remove barriers.
- Maintains superior customer service for internal and external customers by providing information and answering questions/requests in a timely matter.
- May participate on committees (both internal and external), in meetings, and works on projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university
•Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CAS, LAC Track) or about to get licensed
• At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field
• At least one year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders.

•Bilingual/Bicultural
