Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned service area required.
- Documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.
