Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

- Shift Name: Days
- Working Hours: M-F 8-5
- Patient Sessions: 40 min sessions, no double booking
- Support Staff: 2 PTAs for support
- Patient Age Range: 16+
