A thriving private practice in West Plains, Missouri is seeking a Dental Associate to join our growing team. With 20 team members and expanded function assistants supporting production, we offer a strong clinical environment and modern technology.
West Plains is a bustling town that is a shopping and medical hub of south central Missouri with a Community College and many scenic floating rivers and outdoor activities galore.
Schedule
- 4 days per week

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Perform extractions and basic exodontia procedures
- Diagnose conditions and present treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care
- Collaborate with a highly skilled clinical team
- Utilize Open Dental software
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Basic proficiency in extractions is required
- Team-oriented mindset
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Strong communication skills
Pay & Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary of $300,000
- Total earning potential up to $600,000
- 32% of adjusted production
- $10,000 signing bonus
