Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working at a skilled nursing facility in San Jose, CA.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. (Preferred: current BLS.)
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience providing treatment to geriatric and medically complex patients preferred.
- Documentation experience with electronic medical records required.
- Ability to perform standard OT evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and carry out restorative and ADL training.
