Administrative Assistant - Vanderwagen, NM
As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen.
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. They perform tasks such as organizing documents and coordinating meetings. They also handle correspondence, maintain records, and assist in various administrative duties as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Administrative Assistant: Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include:
- Manage a broad range of administrative tasks including the following
- Must be proficient in excel, word, power point and Adobe
- Experience in using office equipment (printing and scanning documents)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Upload all documents to SharePoint
- Occasional outdoor work may be required to assist material coordinators with inventory work
- Update material inventory on hand spreadsheet from the material received forms, BOL, material issued form
- Keep the daily material docket form updated
- Support Project Manager, Site Superintendent, QAQC, Safety, Corporate Project Controls
- Respond to Project Controls Inquires
- Timekeeping reports for the site
- Maintain list of clients and site personnel contacts
Administrative Assistant Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
