Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
- Competence in comprehensive evaluation, goal writing, and development of individualized treatment plans consistent with outpatient ortho practice.
- Proficiency with documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic policies and payer guidelines preferred.
- Willingness to participate in student supervision and precepting preferred.
