The Opportunity
- Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
- Current national certification, BLS, and DEA required.
- New grads will not be considered for this position.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
- Providers will be cross credentialed to work at all United Health Care Centers.
- This facility may qualify you for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
The Practice – A Multi-Site System
United Health Centers Corcoran – Corcoran, California
United Health Centers Milburn – Fresno, California
United Health Centers Kerman – Kerman, California
United Health Centers Reedley – Reedley, California
United Health Centers Sanger – Sanger, California
United Health Centers Mendota – Mendota, California
- Federally Qualified Health Center with four (4) rooms.
- Patients who need continuity of care are scheduled with UHC services prior to departure.
- Facility hours are Mon-Fri 12pm-9pm and Sat-Sun 9am-5:30pm.
- Annual volume of approximately 8,000.
- Minor procedures required including lacerations, I&D’s, and simple FB removal.
- Basic point of care testing including rapid strep, UTI, and glucose.
