Schedule Options
• 3×12-hour shifts 8 p.m.–8 a.m.
• OR 4×10-hour shifts 10 p.m.–8 a.m.

What You’ll Do
• Triage after-hours patient and family calls, determining needed services such as assessments, symptom management, or care plan updates
• Delegate nursing visits to appropriate team members based on patient needs
• Assess physical, emotional, social, and spiritual factors impacting patient and family well-being
• Coordinate interventions with the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate with attending physicians, team members, and partner agencies to ensure seamless care
• Perform clinical pronouncements of death and provide compassionate support to families
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation, care plans, and progress notes
What You Bring
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and nursing skills
• Ability to support families during emotional and stressful moments
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
