As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with patients in their homes, providing tailored therapy plans and compassionate care.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in the Butte, Yuba, and Sutter Counties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required if obtained past 2016
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must be 21 years or older
- One year of home health experience preferred, but willing to train
