As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting mothers during one of the most significant moments of their lives. Your expertise and compassionate care will ensure safe and positive childbirth experiences. You will be responsible for circulating and recovering in the OR, as well as floating to postpartum couplet care when needed.
- Administering care during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
- Monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Providing education and support to new mothers and families
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
- Must have AWHONN, Advanced FHM, NRP, and ACLS certifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required
- Need 1 year experience in setting
