Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Redding, CA
Department: ED, ICU, OR, CVOR
Shifts Available: Full Time -Days & Nights
Pay: $2,448 to $3,101 gross pay per week
Assignment length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying and responding to changes in patient condition.
Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status, diagnostic results, and response to treatment.
Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Ensure quality and continuity of care by adhering to facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
ED- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Current ACLS (AHA) certificate required
4. Current PALS (AHA) certificate and/or ENPC required
5. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation required
6. Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; E.R. setting required.
ICU- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1.Current and valid state RN License.
2.Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3.Basic Arrythmia Interpretation required.
4.Current ACLS certificate 30 days required.
5.Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required.
OR- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1.Current and valid state RN License.
2.Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3.Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
4.Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
5.Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience or on the job training
CVOR- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintenance.
3. Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
4. Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
5. Minimum of one-year previous Perioperative experience or on-the-job training
6. Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN) preferred
7. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $61.21to $77.53. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
