Health Advocates Network is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to work at a Facility in Charleston, WV . These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $52 / hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary problems
- Administer oxygen therapy and breathing treatments
- Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment
- Perform breathing tests (pulmonary function tests)
- Suction airways and manage artificial airways
- Respond to emergency situations (code blue, CPR support)
- Educate patients on inhalers and breathing exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as ordered
- Document care and update medical records
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff
