As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional knowledge and skills to manage and deliver care to patients in a supportive and collaborative setting.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in a telemetry unit
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- Comfortably manage acute patient populations, including critical drips and BiPAP
- Be available for on-call duties as required
Requirements:
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA)
- Valid state licenses in Illinois and Iowa
- EPIC experience required
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
- COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
