At Mulberry Gardens, our assisted living community offers supportive living environments as well as specialized care for those with early memory loss. Our goal is to provide all residents with the very best quality of life – we offer assisted living and adult day care programs so residents can live their lives to the fullest.
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN provides quality and cost-effective direct care for patients/families.
Collaborates with members of health care team to assist resident in achieving established outcomes of care.

Qualifications
- Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
- Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.
