- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS): Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent: Required
- Need 3 years experience in specialty
- Must have worked in the specialty within the last 3 months
