Your Shift
- Hours: 7 am- 4 pm
- Days: Monday-Friday (choose your shifts in the app)
- Pay: $18/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay available)
- Location: Americold, Chillicothe, MO
Work Environment:
- This is a cold storage environment that can reach as low as –15 degrees
- Repackers will typically work in warehouse ambient temperatures around 40 degrees. (Workers must wear warm clothing).
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in keeping orders moving by:
- Setting up equipment before each shift and checking products for quality and accuracy
- Keeping product flowing on the line, including components and finished goods
- Clear and sweep work area of loose cardboard and plastic and complete other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Warehouse or production experience preferred, with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety and work instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
- Ability to meet physical and environmental demands, including lifting up to 70 lbs. and working in indoor temperatures as low as -15°F and varying outdoor conditions
