What You’ll Do
Execute various administrative functions including but not limited to:
- Performing unit inspections
- Assist with move out documentation
- Walk vacant units
- Enteringthe system and tracking maintenance work orders.
- Processing all accounts payable documentation.
- Preparation and distribution of various community notices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experiencein a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience.
- Education:High School diploma, or associate’s degree is a big plus.Having COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHMis a plus–youwill be giventhechance to obtain as an associate.
- Dependability:Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Resident Focus:A commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued residents.
- Operational Excellence:You’re deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality.
- Technically Savvy:You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus.
